Scope of Work
- Complete MEP works for 16 buildings of industrial facilities (design, detailed engineering, testing, installation, and commissioning).
- Electrical distribution network – 11kV substation (total 15MVA) with 11kV switchgears, transformers, LV switchgears, and bust ducts.
- Complete building electrification.
- Electrical control system, UPS, and fibre optic backbone.
- Telecom system including voice and data system, PA system, access card reader system, and CCTV system.
- HVAC.
- Fire alarm and fire fighting systems.
